   Pay is first-class, benefits excellent, time off fantabulous, leadership team is ever available to help yous fifty-fifty if it not well-nigh work. Has a real family feeling. I would recommend a career at Waste Management if yous are looking for something that has structure and would like to exist care for equally a man and not a number.

   Can take long hours no more than 13 in a day so not all bad considering you are getting paid for that time. No other real con'south.

   Overall friendly atmosphere, open door policy, company is geared to developing talent and upward career mobility, and managers sometimes requite out recognition awards. The attire is mostly business casual. They have a decent depression cost dental and health insurance plan. Hybrid or WFH pick for some departments.

   Cons

   Demanding work load, heavy on deadlines and meeting company goals. Constantly developing/changing procedures. Few holidays off for the majority of market areas (branches), merely major holidays like Christmas, Memorial Day etc. Salaries aren't competitive enough for the work beingness washed, could pay their employees more.

   Pretty good benefits. Good 401k match and ESOP. Signal of contact Information technology management was smashing. Site managers were wonderful to work with.

   Usual corporate drone stuff. It layoffs. Upper Information technology management has no inkling what they are doing. Like to the military, the NCO's kept everything running while the officers ran around being idiots - same thing here. Lower IT management was the mucilage belongings information technology all together seamlessly. Unfortunately they laid off nearly everybody that struggled to proceed upper Information technology management from screwing everything up.
